These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through bellumea.com.

The seller is Deividas Bušmanas, trading as BELLUMEA under Individual Activity Certificate No. 1405766 in Lithuania.

1. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the policies referred to in them.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable Lithuanian or European Union law.

1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.

Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud or another justified reason. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

1. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Product colours and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturing differences.

For ingredients, safety warnings, directions and other product-specific information, the information displayed on the physical product and its packaging takes precedence.

Customers must read and follow the product instructions. Use should be discontinued if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

BELLUMEA is not registered for VAT. The product price and any delivery charge displayed at checkout before payment form the total amount payable.

Payment is processed using the payment methods offered during checkout.

1. DELIVERY

Delivery destinations, methods, prices and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

For consumer orders, risk of loss normally passes when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods.

1. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Eligible European Union and European Economic Area consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Sealed cosmetics and personal-care goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from return after their protective seal has been removed.

Complete conditions and return instructions are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

1. STATUTORY GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS

Consumers retain all statutory conformity and legal guarantee rights provided by applicable law.

If a product is faulty or not as described, contact bellumeainfo@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant.

We aim to provide a reasoned written response to complaints within 14 days.

1. WEBSITE USE

The website may only be used for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• Attempt to obtain unauthorised access;
• Introduce malicious code;
• Use website materials in a way that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights;
• Use false information or impersonate another person.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BELLUMEA name and original website content, copy, graphics, branding and visual materials are owned by or licensed to BELLUMEA unless otherwise stated.

Personal and non-commercial viewing is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.

1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or any mandatory consumer right.

To the extent permitted by law, BELLUMEA is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

1. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the consent choices available through the store’s cookie settings.

1. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Consumers residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country retain the mandatory consumer protections granted by the law of their country of residence.

A consumer may bring a dispute before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

1. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or their local European Consumer Centre for information about available out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for future orders when our services or legal obligations change.

The version of the Terms in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
