SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information where tracking is available.

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver to supported European Union destinations available at checkout.

Products may be fulfilled and dispatched from European Union warehouses.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to remote areas or delivery during busy periods may take up to 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed at checkout before payment.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is applied automatically when the order subtotal reaches €60 after discounts, provided that the selected European Union destination is eligible.

No discount code is required.

TRACKING AND SEPARATE PARCELS

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent by email.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in more than one parcel. Customers will not be charged an additional delivery fee solely because BELLUMEA divides an order into separate parcels.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before placing an order.

Contact bellumeainfo@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.

DELAYS AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Delivery companies may experience delays due to weather, transport disruption, public holidays, unusually high parcel volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking indicates an unusual delay, loss or delivery problem, contact bellumeainfo@gmail.com and include your order number so that we can investigate.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
