REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the order.

To exercise this right, email bellumeainfo@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After informing us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You may inspect a product in the same way that you would reasonably inspect it in a physical shop.

Returned goods should be complete and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE EXCEPTION

Sealed cosmetics and personal-care products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after their protective seal has been removed.

This exception does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact bellumeainfo@gmail.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where possible.

If the complaint is valid, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return expenses where required by law.

RETURN SHIPPING

For a standard change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer pays the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund includes the price of the eligible returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout. Additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
